Bendricks rock can fish well at low tide. It's pretty rough directly in front, but there's a mix of sand and rough to the left that isn't too bad. Haven't fished it for a while, so don't know how it fishing at the mo I'm afraid

Sully sand spit, penarth, Knap, Friars, Toms point...loads of marks mate
