Got a free day tomorrow (Fri) so fancy giving my new Tronix rockfish a day out and maybe heading towards Lowestoft for some lrf fun, trouble is I've never really fished Lowestoft despite passing through there most days in my work van. Are there any decent lrf marks accessible around the dock area that may hold a few fish this time of year? Dont fancy a 100 mile round trip to blank.:secret::kissing:

I'd say the best spot would be the south pier bernie....but public access stopped a while back.
I reckon it would be ideal lrf territory? have heard of many varied species over the last few years.
Shame it's shut.....
Maybe along the wall?

Thanks for the reply Scott. May have to park up grab the rod and rucksack and go for a walk and see what I can find or head for Gorleston along the river.
