The latest fixture of the summer league took place at Craigenarget on Sunday the 17th of August.
The weather was poor more like winter than summer conditions with many anglers failling to catch.
Heaviest bag was 2lb 9oz caught by M.Dewar, second D.Goupillot (1lb 6oz) and third W.Hannay jnr. (12oz).
Heaviest fish was (1lb 6oz) caught by D.Goupillot , second equal was B.Goupillot and W.Hannay jnr. (9.5oz).
The next competition will be on Sunday the 24th of August, roving from Knock Bay to Port Gill.
The registration will be at 8.45am until 9am at Dashers Den and not at Port Logan as stated in the fixture list. The weigh in will also be at Dashers.

Pity that fish were so scarce mate, what species were caught ? Hope you have a better result in your next match.

Mark won with 2 dogs, the other species were flounder and a pound and a half coalie,, oh and a 3 bearded rockling.

I caught a lesser spotted blank fish:cry:

The weed got pretty bad, infact so bad at times people were being snapped!!!
