I use this one configured as a waist bag. Works well for me as it keeps the weight on my hips and not on my shoulders. I found previously that wearing a rucksack and casting made my casting shoulder tire quicker.

Edited to say that it's quite compact, which means it forces you to think carefully about lure selection and only carry what you really need i.e. no more kitchen sink, which can only be a good thing!

I’ve settled for a wytchwood ruck sack and a small waist bag with six individual lure tubes
I can carry three lure trays loads of sps and sundries in the rucksack and lures for immediate use in the waist bag with pliers on the belt. Tactical Mille hip bag on eBay

I use the larger version of this...superb bags.
