hi all,

as me and my mate are fishing there all this weekend,getting there friday afternoon and leaving monday afternoon we were wondering if there were any marks to try with ideas of bait, rigs, techniques, casting distances etc etc??? :g::blink: :g: :blink:

we are staying in the caravan park in the picture attached.......

we are willing to try a few marks around tenby aswell, but walking so distances are varied.......

also would you think that there would be any mackies around???

2 main species which would be strongly targetting are huss and garfish......

also nearest tackle shops and info.......

any help would be greatly apprecaited.......

Best of luck onyour trip mate, we're down that way the following weekend. Lots of venues around that area. Get yaself a copy of Malcom halfpennys book "fishing Pembroke" they sell it in the book shop in Tenby main street and its only around a fiver a great little guide to the area.

well i wouldnt say they are awesome, but there a huss there depending on the conditions

leaving barry friday afternoon and coming back monday afternoon.....

not sure about sunday as oakwood is on the scales but may fish in the night after.....

maybe all sunday and monday most of the morning........

hi mate hopefully we can have a session. we have a match on the sunday afternoon at laughrne i think. I had mackie off lydstep yesturday about 13 all togheter. loads of marks where you can get huss dogs hounds maybe mackie wrasse pollack let ihw sort out something
