do you have any korean/oriental grocery shops/supermarkets near you?

there are a coupe of nice korean recipes i know but they need a special type of chilli powder that i've never seen other than in a korean shop. unfortunately, you cant reoplace it with standard chilli powder

Try Mackerel Blackened Fish Cajun style, you just need Cajun or Jerk seasoning you can get from most spice counters recipe here

Why mess about with it ? IMO, the best value for money fish (if you cant catch it).

Fillet it, season on both sides, bush with butter or olive oil, squeeze of lemon and slam under a red hot grill for a few minutes. Serve with a tomato, red onion and basil salad. Great little lunch time snack !
