Hi all, Just got back from an arm busting Mackerelthon at Ethie Mains, Yes they were around today for a bit and we had lots of sport. We had a few species between the three of us we only went out for 4 hours and had lots of Mackerel, Pollock, Wrasse , Cod, and the mate even caught baitfish on the spinner. All fish were returned apart from a few Mackerel for tea, **** that reminds me they are on!!!!

Hi Codhunter, Yesterday was the first time we got into the Mackerel from the shore but I have had loads on the boat close to shore too. I think up North should be worth a shot for good numbers from the shore.
