while having a few flicks at the chain ferry at poole entrance tonite a makeral shoel came in ,,,,

Grabed a handfull not to many tho ,,,,, hooked into a hunter aswell i think,,,,,
well if it was a makie it was a biggie,,,, bent the treble on my spoon

Bit early for the shoals so close or is this same for rest of south coast

Out on a boat over Poole Patch yesterday evening. Just got a few, not very big ones. You obviously got the right tide.
