Hi,

Been thinking of trying to make my own lead weights, i am sure this has been on here before, but I can't find the search bar anymore.

Has anybody tried it? How easy it to do? Where is the best place to obtain the scrap lead? How long does it take to make one (lead setting time)?

Sorry for the list of questions, but any info would be good.
Interested in the Namix GX moulds.

the guide that mackem done will keep you right,get your lead off a plumber etc if you have any mates in that trade if not buy it out scrappy but tell them what its for as when i do i get cleaner lead,it will take more time to melt the lead than it will to cast leads,iv made 1000s upon 1000s of leads and you get very efficeint with practice.goodluck and take all the safety measures in mackems guide
