Hi, met up with Sugarcoated Sam at the harbour yesterday, very windy so decided to fish the upper part by the lighthouse to get a windbreak. The sun was out so that was good and after the previous days blow and rough sea I thought it looked promising. So this is how it went. We fished 2hrs before high tide & 2hrs after and the final result was 2 crabs to Sam and a complete blank for me lol. Bait we tried was dungie blacks, squid and mackie. Good to meet you Sam, maybe better luck next time ?
Also in the gutter by the wall was a dead dogfish, although it's nerves were making it move as they do. I wonder if someone fished the harbour on the night and lost it in the dark or ? ashame as it was'nt a bad fish and a waste whatever,

Chris
