OK chaps and Chapesses thinking caps on. The following image link from the google spy satellite shows the river crouch close to battlesbridge.

Your mission if you choose to take it is to explain what the partly submerged structures are, if they are likely to hold fish and if they are accessible from the lay-by in beeches road.

yes you can park in the lay by and its a 2 minute walk from the motor only room for 2 cars though, theres plenty of places you can fish depending on how far you wanna walk, ive had flounders and loads of small bass down there

you have got a couple of outlet pipes that might hold the odd decent flounder same with the mud banks. the channel in the middle is where you catch most of the bass , you also will get big mullet down there
