Hi all living in Kent i have no idea of the marks between the two places. As my job involves me going to Plymouth or Paignton 3 times a week and being free from the afternoon for a few hours so i need some marks with postcodes also need to know if any are fishable at low tide and stay insight of my van and being able to park a lwb sprinter. i know i don't ask for much. thanks in advance

Try polly steps in Teingmouth, car park right by the river, free this time of year, bass and mullet fishing at low tide. just go to google maps for details of location, about 7 miles from torbay. car park is at the end of Old Quay Street about 300 yds from the bridge.
