I think Cathedral B&T closed their shop a while back. Bruce in Fishermans Corner is yer man for good fresh n frozen bait. (in the ally behind Petes Fish Factory chip shop).

Go to Pete's Fish Factory on the seafront, close to the land end of The East Pier. Follow the alleyway up the side between PFF and The Jazz Room, you'll come to Fishermans Corner.
A 'proper' shop, old school and excellent.

fish in ramsgate apart from what is the harbor wall ie the left side looking out to sea have walk towards broardstairs and you will find areas between the rock if you use the right bait ie live prawns or crab when fish are there you will catch . WILL LOSE TACKLE but find a good spot find the areas at or on a very low tides there are lots of clean bits off clean sand areas between the rock around thanet but you do need to walk it on low tides to find them .good luck .
