i have just been looking on the DEFRA website for a chart of all the minimum landing sizes for fish, i thought the min bass landing size was now 40cm and not 36 as shown. do i need to e-mail them to update their files or is it not in force yet?? hopefully some one knows.

The official line is that has been postponed, not yet scrapped. The Intitial commencement date of April 6th was scrapped.

p.s. to any Cornish anglers, please remember that the size limit in the Cornwall SFC region remains at 37.5cm NOT 36cm as it is elsewhere.
