Hi guys. Going to fish the above today from low to high. As it's my first time at monks was wondering if any seasoned anglers have any advice.

Tides too small for monknash in my opinion and a southerly wind is hard work down there....fishes best on big tides and when its flat calm.
Also can only fish it 2.5 hours of the flood.
Optimum time for fishing there is last hour down and 2 up.
