have a freezer full of peeler's {150ish) so decided to give mostyn a try for a few hour's got there and set up with the new wind turbine's in the back ground.

set up with just one rod on which i had a two hook flapper with lumi bead's and size one hook's.

sat doing nowt for two hour's and had got through about forty crab .
and as usual with mostyn your alway's down to the last bit of bait when you get your only bite of the night.

and low and behold a nice big fat plaice.

the only bite of the night and it saved me from blanking.

I've heard that trawling's quite good for flatties where you were fishing! Not so sure the fish/crab ratio was very economical but what a cracking fish!
