The nearest ive found it to be is a barracuda. Obviously it isnt one, but its not far off!!! What other fish are there in our waters with a similar appearance to a barracuda shaped fish?
Then again, it could as someome mentioned...be a bird. But what?

Definitely looks more fishy, less mammal-like, from that angle.
Interesting that the teeth are flattenened in that direction. Simple fish-grabbers are usually rounded spikes.
