its a johnson 25hp have put new coils,condensers,points, plugs and plug leads still no bloody spark am just about ready to hit it with slege hammer can anyone please help

Check the kill switch

have removed the 2 kill switch wires from points still no spark the outboard is a 1972 pull start

Depending which way the switch works you may need them to supply power to the points. Chech the points arm for 12 volts.
