that Road leads to crow point, in the estuary, from there you can fish opposite yelland or along anywhere into the estuary or walk round and fish into the sea at the other end of saunton.
There is a big tide run during flood and ebb in the estuary so best fished at either side and during slack.
there are some snags but mostly once the tide starts its difficult to hold the bottom as there is a lot of debris floating or moving along the bottom with the tide, as well as the flow of water.
Low tide has been best for me, you can find some peelers in the weeds over there (although it takes a while to gather a few as there are not that many around)
Bass are the target, but please remember the estuary is a nursery area, so all Bass including the larger ones should be returened alive to help conserve the area.
