Got to admit and as you know..ive not been on here much at all in the last couple of years for obvious reasons like many but miss the way it was about 5 years ago when it thrived with excellent reports and next to zero nonsense and not really any politics. ( truthful politics are fine though )
Reports like the old " if carlsberg done fishing trips " .. (tickety boos) were damn good reading !! And thats just an example of the good old days.

Wish you all the best arty. I know personally you are a good mod and will give wsf a foot in the right direction.

Id give you a hard time but I know, like you how hard a job modding can be so il be nice lol

Good old days had 3 pages of up to date threads where everybody interacted. .. remember those days.?
Obviously it's the wrong time for that like all forums but really hope you can get it back to that in the summer time

i think now mike has made the forum read only by members it will make a difference,theres been a fair boost in members on both here and shore angler since that happened, no more lurking without joining.the issue of people using the catch reports as "data" for studies etc is maybe a small concern,but mike has pledged to stay on top of people attempting to scrape data and he cant do much more than that.
