hi all,

just returned from another long weekend GOOD NEWS THE MACKEREL ARE BACK and right in to to the shore line nothing like watching the silver flashes in the water as they chase the brit around. all a good size now not a joey to be seen, GOT MY WINTER BAIT IN THE FREEZER. HAD A 3LB POLLOCK BUT NO BASS the wind picked up to a westerly last nite so dident go this morning a waste of time as the wind was into the headland and full in your face. clive;)

this was taken at 4.35 am monday morning the calm before the storm.

Thanks Clive been planning a trip down there for a while - might try it next weekend.

ill be there from sat evening paidfor the tides are good this week building 5 mtr and droping to 4.5 thats as big as they get up here m8 swelly the photo is looking out from newquay harbour to the Lleyn peninsula bardsey island to the left.

Trying to decide between chasing Bass on the Gower or going West but that sunset may just have swayed me will pm you my mobile no and maybe we can meet up
