Piers, breakwaters, harbours, down the side of beach groynes. That sort of thing. I am always looking for sea walls that never dry out.

Thanks mate, I managed to find a couple of piers but was slow going. The rockling threw me at first due to the size of it & unfortunately didn't have my scales with me. But the width of my sheet is 22cm for a size comparison.

It's a horrible fish, produced slime that thick I had to cut through it with scissors. As well as trashing the rig leaving it in a knotted ball of slime twice as bad as an eel.
Never heard of anyone catching on of those. They eat other fish alive.
