Four of us fished North Shore last night, low to high. 1/0 two hook flappers. Bait, frozen lug , rag, crab, sandeel and mack.
During daylight it was crab city, hooks stripped in under five mins.
Darkness came which resulted in pin Whiting attacking any bait presented. Three of us caught, one blanked. I don't know how he blanked as my own rod tip never stopped (he was on the next peg to me) Loads of pin Whiting, three Doggies, three small codling.
Not a brill session but great to be out.
Regards Steve.

Was there myself last night (Sunday) with my lad. Big doggie and a pin whiting saved the blank. Good to be out and saw some meteors... and christened me new rod :fishing:

Sorry could not get to Llandudno, better luck next time - there are a lot of small whiting around this year - hopefully as the mack are scarce it will drive the tope inshore
