just come back from a session down the deeps. i fished 4 hours up and 1 1/2 down. doggie attack!!! gave up counting in the end,had some klonkers. but in between these devils manged to hook into a small conger bout 3 or 4lb and two small eye rays a 4lb and 6 3/4 lb. rays fell to squid and sandeel wraps and the conger fell for 2 monster squid ( gutsy sod ). a good day for change :D :D :D

If they were big dogfish they may have been bull huss, they like deeper water.

Dont tell me, packed with anglers, loads of litter??

1 doggie? could well have been but not sure of the differences he was a different shade to the rest. but the others were just large ( bellys ) and probably been feasting on the waste from the bank holiday anglers. it was pretty quiet today only 4 anglers down there and only saw them catch dogs.bloody litter still a problem, when will these rednecks realise there is a bin by the carpark.doesn't take long to bag it up. :mad:
