Hi ultimatecodfather

I've got a perkins 4,236 in my boat and I managed to get an oil filter locally however try http://www.asap-supplies.com they specialise in boat parts mail order. You will probably need to give them your engine number so they can send the correct part.

Velvet drives take ATF link here:-

Check out your specific model.

If you have a helpfull motor factors near you, Partco etc. take your number off the filter and they have a list of equivalents in the back of their catalogues. There is probably a vecicle filter that is the same. I think some Land Rovers had this engine in the past so that may be a start for you.

Hello ultimate!

If it's any help to you, I had the 4236 engine in a 4x4.

It came from a Combined Harvester originally, so you can get spares from most

suppliers of Agricultural machinery!

Good luck!!
