the rods you already own are more than capable of doing the job any zziplex can. Your wasting hard earned cash if you ask me.

two words.... credit crunch
They just aint Zzippys though are they!

There are many rods on the market that will do the job your Tenryu will, but they just aint Tenryu's are they!

The credit crunch obveously hasn't affected him, so go on, treat yourself. :fishing1:

I did that when I bought a rod off that famous auction site and the person selling phoned the house to confirm and my missus answered, oh dear. :eek:hmy:

Please dont interprit what I said as being sarcastic, I was just pointing out the obveous! :hammer:

He obveously knows he dosn't need the new rods, but if funds allow and he fancy's treating himself, then why not?

No worries mate! Wish I had a shed! Ive had to empty my fishing cupboard for the boiler to get fixed, so Ive got rods and fishing gear everywhere but the kitchen.

Appologies for joining the thread late.
Go for the m4 mate without hesitation. I have tried most of the rods mentioned and i now use the m4 whenever i can. It is an awsome rod and will handle anything. i belt 7oz + bait regularly without problem and the bite detection is exellent. It has a small diameter and is light as a feather. I also own the m4 evo, nice casting rod but i would not recomend it for fishing. and also the lt14 M4 even better casting rod, needs a open beach to wind it up and in my opinion even worse as a fishing rod.
