Looks awesome George
It’s On the quay side in town about 10mile from the mouth of the tyne. In the summer it’s great to see all the salmon leaping out the water we’ve got one of the best salmon rivers in England. That’s mainly with keilder putting thousands of baby’s salmon back into the river and how clean the river is now. A body was pulled from the river yesterday from that spot as someone jumped off the swing bridge.

George, just a question as I don't know... but how common is it to catch a salmon in the tyne while fishing for the usual stuff, flatties, codling, whiting etc mate?
