Fished the above 2day with 3 mates, got ther for about 4 hours before top water.
Weather was looking ok with the odd light shower and a little breeze, we all set up 2 rods each... I opted 2 use a 2 hk flapper with bling on the flattie rod, and a loop rig with bling at distance,hoping for my 1st plaice.. 1st cast me and a m8 had flounder each,sorted blank beaten lol.
Then a steady amount of small flounder wer cuming ashore between us,just over an hour from top i caught my 1st plaice of about 33cms on loop rig (happy days) and on the next cast caught another @ 40cm chuffed

Had a few mo flounder between us, and i managed a small 3rd plaice.. Ended up 3 flounder+ 3 plaice, boys had 6 flats between them...
Bait was lugworm, small kings and peeler..
