As we've had an excellent summer filled with bass and bream fishing, the forecast of a brisk north easterly wind meant we'd have a chance to head up channel and do something slightly different. We started the day at 7:30am heading along the shoreline up to Aberthaw. Swansea bay was completely flat, but by the time we got to put the anchor down we had a brisk wind and choppy seas but not too bad.

Fishing started pretty quickly and remained steady throughout the day with Blonde rays to 12lb, conger eel to 28lb, small eyed ray, spotted ray, dogs, whiting and a single bull huss made up the catch for the day. Was lovely to have a bit of a change!!
