The Charter boat parking permit system has been discontinued :uhuh: From 1st May the car parking will changing to Pay and Display,for all visitors including anglers to the marina,the small carpark at the North side of the marina will remain free,its abit of a walk across th town quay bridge and across the marina if you want to park there tho.

Thats not good news for charter boats customers at penarth, they probably did it because anglers fishing the barrage have been taking the spaces recently, to save the cost of 50p per hour, which I think is quite reasonable for a few hours fishing.
How much are they going to charge Mike to park at the Marina?

I've always parked in that top car park coz further down it says permit holders only?? It was only on the last trip out that i noticed it said it in that car park aswell!!!!!

Not sure of the cost yet,but it will be overseen by Apcoa,who will be clamping cars not displaying a valid ticket,much the same as they have been doing with the current parking passes all the charter boats have.......
