a sea fishing licence is a con , it simply isnt the same as paying to fish a stocked mannaged water
are we to believe that paying to sea fish would mean improved stocks of cod and better faccilitys to fish from ,i dont think so lets see what happens south of the border as a result of the rod licence ,very little i imagine

theres naff all left in the clyde except prawns thanks to past legislation that was supposed to be all in order and as for ballifs thats a joke what rules would they enforce on sea anglers then no static lines the safe return of all undersized fish
yeah while the wee guy on the beach gets glowered at the trawler offshore dumps tons ,building quays and jettys lol have you seen the state of uk piers
most are undermined and have decaying foundations
the policing of such a law is imposible
