was in paper saying , liec 4 river fishing in england (for 2 rods ) start from 2 morrow and they tryin 2 c if it could work 2 do same 4 sea fishing they say money that made 2 b spent on inproveing fishing ie as set up reefs and suc h,

well thats fair enough to improve the sea fishing state
what would u rather have a £25 liecence or a £2,500 fine

wondering how the h--l there police it

I would be in FULL agreement with a sea license if;

1/ I t was well policed ( to stop bass bandits etc)
2/ The money was all put into conservation
3/We as sea anglers had a voice which was heard in the big scheme of things


Otherwise...........*$*£ off

but would it not stop the wee boy that at seaside with his family , buying a little rod and trying 2 catch , theres 1 lost sea fisherman

so lets see then ??with all the road tax we pay we should have best roads in world , ? with all income tax we pay we must have best hospitals ? and with a fishing tax (liecence) we have best fishing ? mmmm:g:
