Done a bit today, got down to wooltack and fished on the bottom over low water getting a bull huss, pleased with that as its been a target fish of mine for some time now. Didnt land anything else even though i had some decent pull rounds so packed up before the tide got really going as i hadn't lost any gear. It was quite breezy but managed to get out of the worst of it.
Tried West Dale over high water but didnt stick it for long as the weed was so bad it was unfishable
Decided to try dale fort as it was nice and easy but the tiny dogfish made my mind up to pack it in a have a beer in front of the fire.
Have another go somewhere tomorrow.
Cheers Bert
