Guys if I fish Penarth beach tonight what are my chances of catching? (Im here on holiday for a few days and am a bit stuck as to where to fish as I have limited transport).....

I would appreciate any suggestions for Saturday & Sunday too (back off to jolly old Germany on Monday).

Penarth is a bit quiet at the moment. Possibly pin whiting and the odd dog/conger, but the results from the comps have been poor. Tight lines anyway. Try and get to the Knap if you can - fishing well at the mo and walkable from the train station. (bout 15mins )
