Hi all
I just wanted to comment on my recent dealings with Penn customer service.
I bought a new reel online/ mail order and had a slight problem with it, I wasn't sure if I was being a bit fussy so emailed Gary C.
No problem whatsoever, posted the reel to Penn on Monday and Had a spanking replacement at the door by Thursday absolutely no hassle.
It just don't get any better than that....well done PENN!
