What i usually do is thread the worms onto the bottom hook and up the line, and then tip it off with a piece of mackerel, squid, half a crab or even a rag worm (gives it a bit of a wriggle in the water) on the bottom hook. Obviously adds to the scent too.
The bait wont come off the bottom hook once tied ont with elastic, and the top hoop stops it all sliding up the line away from the hooks.
Or if you want to use just worms, then a small square cut from an elastic band works.

Hi,
I just thread a rag over the bottom hook up the line then pull the top hook down and wind it round the rag and hook it.
Gives good bait presentation, i always leave the bend of the bottom hook clear so it will go on the bait clip,i pendulum cast and never have any issues.simples!!!!!

this one is simple an if your only using worm baits an you dont want to tip with any other bait cut a small peice of elastic band about 5mm will do an push down past the barb that will hold your worm clear of the point an give a neat presintation

use baiting needle to bait with worms. if using blacks use bait elastic as well, and a small piece of elstic band under the worms will stop bass codling or cod pulling the worms in the way of the point. using that trick will keep the bait firm and harder to pull off
