hi got home work 9pm last nite had my supper,started to watch fottie it was like watching paint dry so desided to going fishing,load the car off i went ,where too i no pensarn had joe day before so headed to where he said got there about hour before high tide plenty people out fish all over beach but just 2 fishing by me,the foam party had be canceled due lack of foam:clap3:started to set up rod where notice that 1 of guys got a sliver one,so got my hopes up for the start but not to be a couple of whiting and 1 doggie,did have hell bite on crab baite but miss it the rod was bouceing but miss it beacause the guys who fishing by me throw a bag into sea as they left so i went too get it (lazy [email protected]@@rds)bin and there car not more 20 yards away:uhuh:beacause of them i miss it not happy,not a planed trip but better than mondays trip as fishing goes.shaggy

We were nearly there shagster but opted against it. Shame the rod bouncer wasnt landed

Hi shaggy, we were there last night, just north of the cafe. Only spotted a couple of others behind the cafe, was that you? It was a bit calm wasn't it. We fished 2 up and three down (ish) It was about half three when we set of home, proper knackered! Only managed one whiting to sandeel. Had some quality live lug as well but they didn't want to know. Tried macky and squid as well but could only just muster some interest off the crabs!

Does this place fish better over low or does it need a bit of a swell?

hi chorley people say diffant thing best low or best fished high water bit of swell cant realy say myself had fish both on high and low tide,all can say is fresh lug and crab was the best bait,i fished by last cafe left about 3insh myself.shaggy

nice one shaggy,not had much joy there myself,usual doggies one schoolie and a seagull!!TOOK SOME UNTANGLING AS WELL! am saving mackie from penmon for a trip bit later for conger on menai, usually do okay there.tight lines.
