hi mate cost is 3 pounds a rod but if you park your car in the car park at he top of the hill called the big apple its nothing and just walk down the steps tight lines

i have never fished mumbles before, but by the sounds of it fish worm and crab baits will catch there. i think steven wood and brand fish it, im sure they will tell you what baits are best

remove the shell pull the legs off, cut the crab in two and baits elastic the 2 chunks on.to check the crab is a peeler if you are getting your own twist and remove the back leg gentlly and if there is another soft leg underneath then it is a peeler.if it is white flesh under the leg then it is not a peeler. you will fine them anywhere where theres weed and rocks

If you take your ticket stud to the cafe, They'll refund some or all of the parking.

gooday fattylewis ive seen big bass caught on whole squid ,2 in one day, he lost one cause is drop net got tangled in the supports but he netted one about 8lb.live sandeel free lined for bass ,garfish,river hooks small bits of sqiud tight down the supports between the concrete pier and wooden pier for triger fish dont know if its to early for them yet though.tight lines:clap3:

It's £3 for 3 hours parking or £5 for the day. You can take a tear off section of the ticket to the pub or cafe and get £2 off whatever you buy.

Last monday there were some big garfish caught so floatfished strip of mackie or half a sandeel about 6 to 8 foot down should catch.

If you can catch some fresh macky or garfish, take a fillet off it, hook it onto your pennel and gently lob it over the side close in. Some beasts lurk under the pier and they like fresh bait.

Fresh peeler will get you bass and hounds, although last year the hounds were taking pretty much anything, live sandeel freelined under the pier will pick up pollack, macky and bass.

If you park in the apple car park it's a fiver all day, get there early, pier opens at 9.

I was using Sandeel on the Float and having Gars. I dug some Lug, and that was catching me Doggs, (So dont take Lug!) I had a Schoolie on Rag, so, the normall baits for the area really, but always take some Squid with you!

oh right good on ya. like i said i'm working that weekend dont finish till 9 then back in again in the morning but defo up for the next one as long as my shifts allow it. i work every other weekend its a bit of a pain but then i get every other one off from fri-mon so aint all bad.
