We might see if we can sneak out Saturday if there is enough North in the wind to give us a bit of shelter from the land.
I dont really expect much,but a bit of relaxed plaice fishing would be very welcome,provided there isnt too much East in the breeze.

Hmmm, :g:........Well tight lines Raider, I have some big fat juicy worms to drown for plaicey...if the lures don't come to anything:blink:

Gonna be a tad breezier than I wanted but think Friday is looking to be the better day so far.

meant to be off out saturday but dont hold out much hope as the waters dirty as hell,terns diving and mackeral bubbling on the top today though so might do ok on other things.

Thats interesting, may well bung a set of feathers over the side just in case, I will file a report later tomorrow all going well.:clap2:

have a good un- plenty off plaice and big dabs out yesterday , was a bit lumpy but still better than work- used a lot of bait as plaice hitting as soon as it dropped - didnt see any makkies on sounder

Heading out Saturday not sure wether to go up towards gull rock or down towards manacles.anyone been out lately in these areas
Not much up my side of gullrock mate.

Hoping to get to West Lepe / Sowley Boom tomorrow, I'm told there are a few rays and early bream being caught. Don't like the sound of the N/Ely though, could be a bit uncomfortable with wind over tide.

To anybody who is venturing out, learn from today's tragic event at Bideford.

poxy blddy wind is all i can say!!! Nice sunny day but too rough to get out. Sometimes i think i should save money on fuel,mooringfees insurance etc and just have a few charter trips each year.
