Hello all

weather permitting, i am going out on the silver spray from poole quay on thursday. just doing some inshore reefs and hopefully a wreck.
this is my first boat trip, can anyone give me any info on how the fishing is nearby?
any other pointers welcome!

It's a medium tide.
You may fluke a Bass, but you'll more likely be getting a few ray and possibly huss.
Good tide on the wrecks, but you are unlikely to head way offshore. He may anchor up on the slack tide for a Conger or two on the middle distance wrecks.

As Boyscott said, ask the skipper, he'll tell you the plan.
