On Friday night (8th April), at low water, our club mooring buoy was disconnected from it’s chain and anchor point in Port Eynon Bay. We have reported this to Swansea Police and Swansea Coast Guard, who will be investigating the incident.

However, we would be very grateful for your (and your members) help in locating our buoy. I have attached a photograph of the missing buoy for your reference. Based on the tides we believe the buoy may have travelled towards Mumbles/Swansea Bay.

Should you have any information on the location of the buoy we would appreciate your help in securing it’s safe return. Mobile 07974 955418

Many thanks for your co operation.

Thanks, Geoff
