Went to the headland last night 6.30 to 8.30 four fish, all on Lug-the smallest pollack I have ever seen (6") and three very strange things (may have been rockling?)-two feelers/whiskers above the mouth, one below, continuous fins top and bottom but with seperate tail-all about a foot long
all went back uninjured
anyway, first trip out for weeks, beautiful night and just glad not too blank!

If they were a pinky/brown mottled colour they were three bearded rockling , average size around here 120z , good spot for them , seen them from there to 2.10!

Did you go to the Tamar?
Are you out next week, as I'm on hols all week?
