Pretty well mate. It is only deep at high tide, shallow as the tide drops.

I personally prefer fishing it around low water, but have had bass at all states of the tide. Much more productive at night, to be honest I wouldn't even bother fishing it in the day. Lug worm for the bass and large sandeel for the Ray (which should be about by now). It is still early in the season for bass at the moment, but there should be a few about.
