i cant work out how you get a pic on your profile any help please ready for my hound pic[wishfull thinking or what]

Do you mean a pic like the panda under my name. If so this is called an avatar. Go to "USER CP" and click on "edit avatar" then either select a url such as Photobucket or upload from my PC please take note of the maximum sizes allowed.

Do you mean your Avatar the picture that is shown on the left hand side ?
Click user Cp then then edit avatar. Then just upload your picture you may have to resize it
