Have you ever use a radio antenna
of old cars for catching Dolphinfish ?
(Dorado or Mahi Mahi )
We're using this successful way

Um....that's certainly an interesting lure. But they will take just about anything - flies, Marlin lures and livebaits. Their eyesight though is exceptional and I've seen them target lures, arrowing along the surface, from fully 200' (60 metres) away.

What lengths do you cut the car aerials (antenna) into? Presumably they mimic small needlefish?

we use 3 inch length & thin antenna for needlefish, 6 inch length and upper
for bluefish,amberjack,leerfish
