Hi folks.
I’m trying to locate any fishermen’s paths down to the shoreline beneath Raven Hall Hotel. I know the tourist path but I’ve heard that there are others dropping down from the cliff tops south of the hotel. Does anyone know anything about these?

The tourist path is probably the safest as it’s one hell of a decent down to shore level

I know!
However I’m very interested in the unofficial path(s). I know that one of them uses some old steps that were cut into the cliff about 100 years ago.

When I went there for a visit there was one hell of a lot of seals in residence. Love their creepy wailing calls, but I did wonder how it would affect the fishing.

Please post some photos of those old fisher paths as i am interested.

We go for walking holidays in that area so would be useful.
