silver bay beach better in the evening into dark usual gurnards at dusk to fish baits maybe a bass if a surf running.dogs can show at anytime.
fish to the left of the rock in the middle of the beach short casts produce decent bass and flounders as the tide floods the shingle odd turbot too.
small eyeds and spotted rays are not uncommon to sand eel although better for small eyeds september onwards.

blow lug best for bass and rag/blow flounder.

take sandeel,mackerel,ragworm and blowlug.

baited hokeyes fished with a plain lead retrieved slowly along the bottom can produce numbers of gurnard at times.

enjoy please put a report up

regards dale
