thanx lads i find the river fishes better on smaller tides cause if you fish the bigger tides the weed becomes a pain ! secondly bait i had most of my fish on freashly caught crab and maddies if you use large rag the eels slaughter them! thirdly the mark the second docks there is a small inlet which reaches up to the tip fish at the opening of that you will find to your left is the docks if you start at low water at the edge of the rocks and weed below <thats where you get the crabs> there is a channel fish there ! ive fished there 6 times this summer and ive caught every time and theres a sand bank in the middle that fishes well to and flounder from the mouth of the inlet hope this helps ?
