hi guys,
had a slight accident with my rod, where as i ran over the bugger, was accidental and not because i blamed it for not catching fish, lol.
anyway i have about 40-50 pounds i shore fish using a beachcaster, wife now says i dont have that much Errrrr.
anyway, i normally fish around east devon, sidmouth, exmouth, budleigh, including fishing of exmouth pier.
so i need a decent all round beachcaster that will do this type of general fishing.
i know thats not much for a rod but times are tight

thanks

i take it the ground is pretty clean? (i don't know your area).

if so i would say a second hand daiwa would be good, maybe a supercast, TDPK or procast.

Hi

I second that suggestion for the Bennets of Sheffield clearance sale. I picked up a pair of Mustad Viking 126 Power for only £20 each rrp £100 each.

Those are gone now (got the last ones) but they have the Mustad Extreme Velocity for £50 (under Leeda), and SHIMANO TECHNIUM SPECIALIST SURF for £50 as well.

Also Titan bib & brace for only £20 instead of £65

Hope this helps
