Fished an hour before high water (9.30am) through to four hours after. Very quiet, had a dab first chuck and two more later on. Not great conditions but nice to be out. Would have liked to have fished the low water but had to go.

Daz Steve and Myself decided to go and give it a couple of hour's last night so we decide on the slip Watson rd ........
1st mistake quite a large swell and Northerly wind .....
Anyway set up 1 rod each as the conditions were'nt good .....
Bait's for the sesh Frozen Blacks tipped with combo Maccy or Squid......
For me not a single touch all night and Daz had one good rattle but came up empty then Steve came wandering over with a small Whiting and that was it ......
Should've gone to Rossall in hind sight but that's fishing for you.....
We fished from 7pm till 1pm .
The wind was picking up all night and the chill factor was freezing .....
Must be getting old the cold never used to bother me but it crept into my dodgy foot and was in agony by the end of the night .....
But at least we gave it a go ...
JP.........:thumbs::thumbs:

I have never fished that mark, how has it fished in the past? Not favourable conditions but fair play for going out last night, braver man than me!
